Shipping conditions
Die Lieferung der Ware erfolgt weltweit.

Shipping costs are calculated after receipt of order, including statutory VAT. 

Deliveries within Germany and abroad: 

DHL parcel shipping is based on the weight of the shipment. The postage is calculated after receipt of order.

Pallet forwarding is based on the weight and volume of the shipment. The postage is calculated after receipt of order.

Pickup
The ordered goods can also be picked up at our warehouse. A loading and unloading zone is available, as well as lift trucks and disposable pallets. 

Delivery terms
Delivery terms are calculated by us after receipt of the order, depending on the ordered items and quantity. Articles that are within the current assortment have a delivery time of 10 to 14 days under reserve. We reserve the right to adjust delivery dates if there are delays on the part of the manufacturer. 

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
